For a period of 6 months from the date of approval by Absolute Fresh, you agree not to actively promote, endorse, or create sponsored content for any competing brand in the fresh/raw food category — including loose vegetables, fruits, or daily fresh produce delivered to homes or businesses — in Lucknow.

You may continue to create organic, unpaid content featuring any food brand, restaurant, or product as part of your regular content. This exclusivity applies only to paid partnerships and sponsored promotions. Promoting non-competing brands (clothing, beauty, travel, etc.) is unrestricted.

In return, Absolute Fresh will provide:

• Free product samples to try before promoting
• A unique discount code for your audience
• Commission on every order placed via your link or code
• Priority access to new product launches

Partners are expected to post a minimum of 3 Reels tagging @absolutefreshfood within 7 days of receiving their free sample. Content must be genuine and reflect your honest experience with the product.

Either party may end this arrangement with 7 days' written notice. If you breach these terms, any pending commission may be forfeited at the discretion of Absolute Fresh.

This partnership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to another individual, account, or agency.
